The result of a short-term mission trip to Kosovo and Albania in October, 2006, the members of Calvary fully funded the restocking of a chicken farm in the village of Jakova, Kosovo.This micro business helps the leaders of this community feed the children at the Bethany Christian Services elementary school right on the very edge of the city dump. The school reaches out to the gypsy children who live in slum conditions on the edge of this dump. These children receive a nutritious meal each day, thanks in part to the faithful hens who do what hens are made to do!
