Calvary's library is under the direction of Larry and Kathleen Dorman, owners of Yesterday's Books in Modesto until selling that business in December of 2007. Our library is well-maintained and growing. It contains books, audio, video, and sections for both youth and adults.

New to our collection are several DVD’s based on the recent book, Dinner with a Perfect Stranger, by David Gregory, in which we are asked to imagine what a meeting with Jesus would be like for someone today. The film was mainly written and produced by Jefferson Moore. In addition, there are several related short DVD’s based on Gospel accounts of Jesus’ parables or encounters, which we have been viewing during the Adult Forum Hour.
